We are looking for an experienced accounting clerk for a family business located in Anjou.
We are looking for a rather versatile person to help the accounting department and the inventory department. This person should be available for the long term.
Here are the tasks associated with the position:
• Manage products and inventory.
• Take care of the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Manage both the receipt of invoices in the system and the payment of invoices.
• Make accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process payroll as required.
• All other related administrative duties.
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant field.
• A master of Excel.
• Bilingualism (French-English) written and oral.
Dynamic team, near to the Anjou train station for a 35 hours per week position.
Salary : Entre 40k et 42k
