As a temporary employee you are working for and getting paid by Personnel Alter Ego. As your employer, we pay all temporary employees on a weekly basis. At the end of your working week (usually on a Friday), you must have your Alter Ego timesheet signed by your on-site supervisor. This time-sheet is then faxed or e-mailed to our payroll department by the following Tuesday at the latest. Your pay will be deposited directly into your bank account the following Thursday.

When we place you on a temporary assignment, we will define your job description so that you know exactly what is required of you. Since at Alter Ego the pay rate is determined in conjunction with the hiring company based on their budget and internal staffing, your pay rate may fluctuate from company to company. We ask all temporary employees to notify their consultant immediately if the job duties differ greatly from those described to you initially. Your pay rate may be affected.
