Legal Department and Human Resources

The position is to provide administrative assistance to two Managers and the main responsibilities of the position are:

Prepare letters, memos, notices and other legal documents (at times from dictaphone recordings);
Establish and maintain filing systems and control the security of confidential documents;
Prepare Financial Statements ;
Perform other general office tasks, as required.

Qualifications:

A University or College degree (training or experience in the legal field is an asset.)
2 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of Management
Bilingualism and excellent grammar in English and French (mandatory)
Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Team spirit and attention to detail
